Welcome to the newly revamped GSAÉD website!
Benefits Overview
Graduate students have access to a comprehensive coverage that includes benefits for professional health services, prescription medications, dental care, vision care, as well as add-on coverages for travel and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D). This plan is offered to members of the GSAÉD through the Canadian Federation of Students’ National Student Health Network. Greenshield Insurance, Canada’s only not-for-profit insurance provider, offers the most complete range of benefits available in a campus insurance plan.
Coverage Breakdown
The coverage period is from September 1 to August 31. All full-time students starting in September are automatically covered under the plan. Part-time students and students starting in the winter semester can opt in for the coverage. Graduate Students can also purchase a supplemental premium to cover their spouse or family.
