Fill out a health & wellness questionnaire so Mindstride understands your needs.

At the clinic, graduate students can see providers face-to-face, receive assessments, and, when appropriate, access services like lab work, blood tests, or referrals to specialists. This option is especially helpful if you prefer in-person care or need something that can’t be done virtually.

Can I use Mindstride for emergencies?

No. Mindstride is not designed for life-threatening or emergency situations. If you have a medical emergency, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

How is my personal health information protected?

Mindstride complies with Canadian health privacy laws and treats all personal health information confidentially. Your records are stored securely, shared only with the providers involved in your care, and never used for non-medical purposes.

Can Mindstride arrange lab work, imaging, or specialist referrals?

Yes. If your provider determines that additional tests or specialist input are needed, Mindstride can issue referrals. In Ottawa, some lab services such as blood work may be available directly at the in-person clinic.
