Notre Mission
Our mission is to protect, advocate for, and advance the collective interests of our members. GSAÉD actively supports and promotes graduate student initiatives across all departments and faculties. Through open dialogue and democratic processes, we unite our members to address issues that impact their academic and personal lives.

Structure
GSAÉD has many different bodies that work together to benefit all uOttawa graduate students. Here are the associations’ different structures and ways to get involved.
The GSAÉD organizes various events throughout the academic year, along with exciting campaigns on and off-campus. Follow our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming events, or visit the events and campaign page for more information.
Notre Engagement
As members of the Student Council Advocacy Committee, we believe in the importance of student advocacy. We recognize that every student deserves a safe and inclusive learning environment where their voices are heard and their ideas are valued.
OMBUDSPERSON
If you believe you have been treated unfairly and don’t know where else to turn, contact their office (613) 562-5342 or ombudperson@uottawa.ca

Règlements
The Student Union operates under a set of well-defined bylaws that govern our structure, decision-making processes, and overall functioning, which can be found here.

Fédération canadienne des étudiantes et étudiants (FCE)
